## Job reports

### How long does my report take?

Usually a few minutes. You can close the page — we send the link on WhatsApp when it's ready, and it's always in your profile.

### My report hasn't arrived on WhatsApp

Sign in and open Profile → Job reports: your report is there even if the message didn't arrive. Check that WhatsApp messages are on in Profile → WhatsApp messages.

### Why do I see only a few jobs?

We show a job only when it passes every check against your resume and your choices. Add more cities, choose anywhere in the country, or include remote jobs to see more.

### Where do the jobs come from?

From public job postings. On our public job pages you apply through Autosham Jobs, and the company sees your application once it has verified its page with us. A job in your report also links to its original posting.

## Signing in

### I didn't get the login code on WhatsApp

Check the number, wait 30 seconds, then tap Resend. The code comes on WhatsApp, not SMS, so the number must be on WhatsApp.

### Do I need a password?

No. You sign in with a 6-digit code we send on WhatsApp. You stay signed in on that device for 30 days.

### How do I sign out of another phone?

Open Profile → Signed-in devices and tap Log out next to it, or Log out other devices.

## Interviews & credits

### When can I practise an interview?

Every job search includes one mock interview for a job in your report. More come in packs — 1, 3 or 10 — or with the yearly plan.

### If an interview drops, do I lose a credit?

An interview is used when the practice call has run for at least 2 minutes and you have given at least 3 answers. If a call fails, can't connect or is cut off because of a problem on our side, the interview is returned to you automatically.

## Payments & refunds

### Do I have to pay?

Yes. A job search and its report cost ₹199 and include 1 mock interview. More interviews come in packs (1 for ₹99, 3 for ₹249, and 10 for ₹699), and the yearly plan gives you a job search and a mock interview every month for ₹2,000 a year. The price you see includes GST and is all you pay. If a search fails on our side, it is given back automatically.

### Where is my invoice?

Every payment gets a GST invoice. Open your profile, then Payments and receipts, and tap Download invoice. Until the invoice is ready, you can tap Download receipt for a payment receipt.

### How do I cancel a plan?

The yearly plan is paid once and does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. It is refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if no search from the plan has produced a report — report the payment through Help → Report an issue. See Cancellation and refunds.

### How do I get a refund?

Report the payment through Help → Report an issue. Refunds go back to the card or UPI account you paid with, usually within 5–7 working days, and you get a credit note. See Cancellation and refunds.

## Privacy & data

### Who sees my resume?

You, and the services that run Autosham Jobs for you: our AI job-search system reads it to find and score jobs, and our voice interview platform uses your work history in the practice interviews you start. It is never sold, and never given to employers unless you apply through Autosham Jobs and choose to share it. See our Privacy notice.

### How do I download my data?

Profile → Download my data. We prepare a zip with your resume, reports and saved jobs; the link works for 24 hours.

### How do I delete my data?

Profile → Delete my account. Within 24 hours we delete your resume, reports, saved jobs, interviews and recordings, reported issues and message settings. Some things stay: payment records and GST invoices for 8 years because tax law requires it, our backup copies for up to about a month, and the voice interview platform's own copy of a practice call for now (see our Privacy notice). You can also delete just your resume in Profile → Resume.

### How do I stop WhatsApp messages?

Turn them off in Profile → WhatsApp messages, or reply STOP to any message. Login codes are still sent when you ask to sign in.

## Your account

### How do I change my name?

Profile → Account → Edit name.

### Can I change my WhatsApp number?

Not in the app yet. Contact us and we'll help after checking both numbers.
