# Shipping and delivery policy

Autosham Jobs is a digital service. Nothing is shipped: there is no physical delivery and there are no delivery charges.

## How you get what you buy

Everything you buy is delivered online, in your Autosham Jobs account, as soon as your payment is confirmed — usually within seconds. Sign in with your phone number to see it, on any device.

## Job searches

A paid job search starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. When the report is ready, it opens in your account (Profile → Job reports), and we send you its link on WhatsApp if you have report messages switched on.

## Interviews and the yearly plan

Interview credits show on your profile and on the Get more interviews page as soon as you pay. The yearly plan's job search and interview are added each month for 12 months, on the day of the month you bought it.

## Invoices

Your GST invoice for every payment is in Payments and receipts.

## If it doesn't arrive

If your payment went through but nothing was added within 30 minutes, report it through Help → Report an issue. We will add it or refund you.
