How much does a mock interview cost?
Mock interviews cost ₹99 for one, ₹249 for a pack of 3, and ₹699 for a pack of 10. A job search costs ₹199 and includes 1 mock interview. Prices include GST, and you can use an interview you already have instead.
How long does a mock interview take?
There's no fixed length. The interviewer asks its questions and follow-ups and ends the call when it's done, and you can end it yourself at any time. Give yourself some quiet time without interruptions.
Is it a real interview with the employer?
No. It is a practice (mock) interview with an AI interviewer. The employer is not involved and never sees it unless you apply through Autosham Jobs and choose to share it, and your score and feedback are not an employer's assessment or a hiring decision.
Can I practise for any job?
For any open job on Autosham Jobs — open its page and tap Practise this interview — and for any job in your job search report. Interviews are built from jobs on Autosham Jobs, so a job from somewhere else can't be used.
Do I need to run a job search first?
No. Open a job's page, tap Practise this interview, sign in and add your resume — no job search runs. If you'd also like jobs matched to your resume, a job search includes a mock interview.
What do I need?
A phone or computer with a microphone and a web browser, your resume as a PDF or Word file (up to 5 MB), and a WhatsApp number to sign in. Headphones and a quiet place help. If the call won't connect, try mobile data or another Wi-Fi — some networks block voice calls.
Which languages and countries does it work in?
Autosham Jobs is in English today — the pages, the interviews and the feedback. Jobs come from many countries, each on its own country's pages, and you can sign in with a WhatsApp number from any country. Prices are in Indian rupees (₹).
What happens to my resume and the recording?
Your resume is used for your job searches and the practice interviews you start. Our voice interview platform uses your work history in the call, and records and transcribes it so that we can give you feedback. Neither is ever sold, or given to employers unless you apply through Autosham Jobs and choose to share it. You can delete a recording and its transcript from the result, and your resume or your whole account from your profile; the voice interview platform keeps its own copy of a practice call for now. Can I get my money back?
If an interview fails, can't connect or is cut off because of a problem on our side, it's returned to your account automatically. An interview is used when the practice call has run for at least 2 minutes and you have given at least 3 answers. Interviews you bought and haven't used can be refunded within 7 days of purchase — ask through Help → Report an issue. See Cancellation and refunds.
What happens after the interview?
After the call we prepare your feedback: a score out of 100, what went well, what to improve and notes on each answer, with the recording and transcript. It appears on the interview's result when it's ready and is saved in your profile, and you can practise again for the same job or another one.
Will practising get me the job?
No one can promise that. A mock interview is practice to help you prepare. Its score and feedback are not an employer's assessment, an offer or a hiring decision.
