# Terms of use These terms apply when you use Autosham Jobs to prepare for job interviews: to search for jobs that fit you, read your report and practise mock interviews. Please read them with our Privacy notice and our Cancellation and refunds policy. Web page: https://jobs.autosham.ai/en-do/legal/terms ## Who we are Autosham Jobs is a service of JAKEX CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in India ("we", "us"). JAKEX CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED is the seller of everything you buy on Autosham Jobs. Our registered address, e-mail and grievance officer are on the Contact page. ## Accepting these terms By creating an account, uploading a resume or paying, you agree to these terms, our Privacy notice and our Cancellation and refunds policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Autosham Jobs. ## What Autosham Jobs is for Autosham Jobs helps you prepare for job interviews. You upload your resume and tell us where you want to work; we find current job openings that may fit you, explain why, and let you practise a voice mock interview built from the job you choose. Mock interviews are practice only. They are not real interviews, assessments or job offers; no employer is involved, and no employer sees them unless you apply through Autosham Jobs and choose to share one. Practice interviews stay practice: a score or feedback you share is not an assessment by the employer. Match scores, reasons and resume insights are estimates to help you decide. They are guidance, not professional advice, and not a promise that you will get an interview or a job. ## Job listings Jobs in your report and on our job pages come from public postings on other websites. We are not the employer, a recruiter or a placement agency; we don't decide who is hired and we can't promise a reply, an interview or a job. On our public job pages you apply through Autosham Jobs: your application goes to the company only after it has verified its page with us, and we never charge you for applying. We check listings with automated rules, but we can't verify every employer or detail, and postings can change, close or be wrong. Check the employer and the posting yourself before you apply or share personal details. We never charge you for a job, an application or an interview with an employer. If anyone asks you for money for a job in the name of Autosham Jobs, don't pay — report it to us. ## Your account You sign in with your phone number and a code sent on WhatsApp. Keep your phone safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account. You must be 18 or older to use Autosham Jobs. Give us accurate information. Your resume must be your own and accurate; you are responsible for what it says. If you delete your account, unused interviews, an unused job search and the yearly plan end with it and are not refunded — ask for any refund you are due before you delete. ## What you can buy A job search: one search with its report, which you open in your account (and get on WhatsApp if you have report messages switched on), and one mock interview. Interview packs: 1, 3 or 10 mock interviews added to your account. The yearly plan: one payment for 12 months. Each month it gives you one job search with its report and one mock interview; interviews you don't use carry over. It does not renew by itself, and we remind you before it ends. Everything is digital and delivered in your account; see our Shipping and delivery policy. Current prices are on our Pricing page. ## Prices and payment Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The price shown before you pay is all you pay; there are no other fees. Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, bank or UPI details. You get a GST invoice for every payment in Payments and receipts. We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects what you have already paid for. ## When an interview is used An interview is used when the practice call has run for at least 2 minutes and you have given at least 3 answers. If a call fails, can't connect or is cut off because of a problem on our side, the interview is returned to you automatically. ## Cancellation and refunds Refunds follow our Cancellation and refunds policy. The yearly plan is refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if no search from the plan has produced a report. ## Acceptable use Use Autosham Jobs only for your own job search and interview practice. Don't upload someone else's resume or personal data without their permission, or anything false, offensive or unlawful. Don't copy, scrape or collect our job pages, reports or other content with automated tools, resell the service, try to get round payments or limits, or try to break into or overload our systems. Search engines and AI assistants that follow our robots.txt may read and link to our public pages. If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account. If we close an account for no fault of yours, we refund what you paid for and have not used. ## Your content Your resume and interview recordings stay yours. You let us use them only to provide the service to you, as our Privacy notice explains. You can delete them, or your whole account, at any time. ## Services we rely on Autosham Jobs depends on other providers: our hosting, our AI job-search system, our voice interview platform, WhatsApp (Meta) and Razorpay. We provide the service "as is" and "as available": we work to keep it running and accurate, but it can be interrupted, slow or wrong at times, including when one of these providers fails. When a problem on our side stops something you paid for, we give it back or refund it as our Cancellation and refunds policy says. ## Our responsibility To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a report, a score or a practice interview; for a job or an interview you don't get; for the content of job postings on other websites; or for indirect losses such as lost income or opportunities. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about Autosham Jobs is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited. ## Your responsibility to us If you break these terms or the law while using Autosham Jobs — for example by uploading someone else's resume — and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover the losses and costs it causes us, to the extent the law allows. ## Events outside our control We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we can't reasonably control, such as outages of the internet, power, payment or messaging providers, natural events or government action. If such an event stops something you paid for, our Cancellation and refunds policy applies. ## Changes We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes before they apply, on this page and in the app. What you bought before a change keeps the terms that applied when you paid. We may change or stop a feature. If we stop something you have paid for and not used, we refund the unused part. ## General If a part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we have not given it up. These terms and the policies they name are the whole agreement between you and us about Autosham Jobs. ## Law and complaints These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without taking away your right as a consumer to complain where you live. For a complaint, contact our grievance officer (see Contact); we acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month. ## Legal notices Send legal notices to JAKEX CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED at the registered address on the Contact page, with a copy to the e-mail shown there.
