# Privacy notice This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, who processes it for us and the choices you have. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Web page: https://jobs.autosham.ai/en-ci/legal/privacy ## Who is responsible JAKEX CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED decides how your personal data on autosham is used and is responsible for it. You can reach our grievance officer through the Contact page. ## What we collect Your phone number, to sign you in and send the WhatsApp messages you agreed to. Your resume and what is read from it, and your job preferences: the country and cities, a minimum salary and companies to skip. Your reports and saved jobs. Your mock interviews — the recording, transcript and feedback — only if you start one, after you agree to the recording. Your payments: amount, date, the State you chose and masked payment details (never your full card, bank or UPI details). Your consents — including your confirmation that you are 18 or older — with the date and the version of this notice you agreed to. What you send us through Help, including screenshots, and technical data that keeps the service secure (a scrambled form of your IP address, your browser and phone type). Only if you allow it in “Cookie & tracking settings”: the pages of our public site you visit and what you do there (for example viewing a job, uploading a resume, signing in, starting a checkout, a confirmed purchase and its amount, opening a report, starting or finishing a practice interview), with our own random ids for these — never your resume, name, phone number or e-mail — and your browser and device details, your IP address and the identifiers in Google's and Meta's cookies. How you found us: the campaign in the link you followed (such as its source and name), the page you landed on and the website that sent you — and, only if you allow advertising, the ad-click ids that Google and Meta add to their links. We keep these with your upload, your account and your payments only as your choice allows. ## Why we use it To find jobs that fit you, show your report, run your practice interviews and their feedback, take payments and issue GST invoices, keep the service secure, and answer your questions. We don't sell your data and we don't share your resume with employers. Your resume and your interviews are never used for advertising and never sent to Google or Meta. Only if you allow analytics: to see which pages help and where people get stuck, with Google Analytics. Only if you allow advertising: to measure which of our ads bring people to autosham and to show our ads to people likely to need it, with Google Ads and Meta. When you pay, our server reports the purchase — its amount, the product and our payment id — as you allowed: to Google Analytics with its id for your browser, only if you allowed analytics; to Meta with its cookies for your browser, only if you allowed advertising, together with a hashed copy of your phone number, e-mail and account id (a one-way code, not the number or address itself), which Meta uses to match the purchase to its ads. ## Who processes it for us Railway hosts our servers, database and file storage (in Singapore). Our AI job-search system reads your resume once to understand it, then searches for jobs with a profile that leaves out your name, e-mail and phone number. It uses third-party AI and job-board services to do this. Our voice interview platform runs your practice interview. It receives your first name, the job title and the skills to ask about, reads your work history during the call, and records and transcribes the call so that we can give you feedback. Meta delivers the WhatsApp messages: your sign-in codes and the messages you switched on. It sees your phone number and the message text. Razorpay processes your payments. Only if you allow it: Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (the Meta Pixel and its Conversions API) receive the data described above to measure our site and our ads. They also use it under their own terms and privacy policies. The others process your data only to provide the service to you. ## Where it is processed Your data is stored in Singapore. The providers above may process it in other countries, under safeguards that keep it protected. ## How long we keep it Your resume, reports and interviews until you delete them or your account, or after 3 years without use. Deleting your account removes them within 24 hours; our backups keep a copy for up to about a month. The voice interview platform keeps its own copy of a practice call; we are working with it so that deleting an interview here also deletes that copy. Payment records and GST invoices are kept for 8 years because tax law requires it, even after you delete your account — without your phone number. Your cookie and tracking choice is kept in your browser for 6 months, then we ask again. How you found us is kept in your browser for 90 days, and its ad-click ids for 90 days with us. Google Analytics keeps its data for 14 months; Google and Meta keep advertising data under their own terms. ## Your rights You can see and download your data, correct your name, delete your resume, interviews or whole account, withdraw consent for messages, and nominate someone to act for you. Most of this is in your profile; for anything else, contact us. ## Cookies We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your settings, such as the theme, and one that remembers your cookie and tracking choice. Only if you allow it: Google Analytics' cookies (analytics), and Google Ads' and Meta's cookies (advertising). Nothing from Google or Meta loads on our public pages before you choose, and it never loads on your account, payment, interview or admin pages. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with “Cookie & tracking settings” at the bottom of every page or in your profile under Your data. Withdrawing deletes their cookies from our site. ## Children autosham is for people aged 18 or older. You confirm this when you upload your resume. Allow advertising only if you are 18 or older. Our server never reports a purchase to Google or Meta for an account that has not confirmed it is 18 or older; in your browser, Google's and Meta's advertising tags run only if you allowed advertising. ## Complaints Contact our grievance officer (see Contact); we acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. ## Changes We may update this notice.
